Most tourist board and agencies tend to shy away from notious sites and not promote them. As with everything in life there are exceptions.
I found some creepy tour spots that are well, creepy.
The first one is the scary Mexican Island of the Dolls its an island covered in the corpses of dolls in varying states of decay. Legend has it three girls were visiting the island and one drowned. Her spirit haunts t he island. Here's a great link for more info:

Chernobyl the site of the worst nuclear power disater, hopefully in human history. In this aricle I found you can actually take a tour. Creep-ee! Here's the link:
